Thomas brings experience in federal healthcare technology, healthcare informatics, enterprise systems, data integration, analytics, automation and AI systems architecture. His background combines technical systems work with public health, research methods, evaluation and cross-functional training.
His work has included clinical and administrative data workflows, diagnosis and terminology systems, document processing, AI-assisted workflow design, risk controls, technical evaluation and training for analysts and stakeholders.
He holds a Master of Public Health and a bachelor's degree in biological sciences. This professional background informs Bourgeois's approach; experience gained in prior employment is not presented as a contract performed by Bourgeois.
