Terms of Service

These terms apply to BourgeoisAI, including the unified AI workspace, Free, Pro and Business access, public branded tenant experiences, and custom AI systems and consulting.
Use of the service
You agree to use BourgeoisAI lawfully and responsibly. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized content, and do not attempt to bypass access controls, security protections, payment requirements, or service limits.
AI outputs and actions
AI-generated information and actions may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or require human review. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions or consequential actions taken using the service. Some web, communication, submission, or other actions may require confirmation or may be unavailable on particular sites or workflows.
Your content
You must have the right to submit any text, document, image, media, data, or other content you provide. You authorize BourgeoisAI and its service providers to process submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain security and access controls, operate the service, and provide support.
Business tenants
Business customers may configure shared tenant branding, knowledge, instructions, and a public AI experience. Tenant administrators are responsible for the business content and instructions they publish. User-specific conversations, memories, files, projects, career information, and similar personal workspace data are separate from shared tenant configuration unless a feature expressly supports sharing.
Plans, payments, and access
Paid plans and custom services may use third-party payment processors. Current pricing and included capabilities are presented on the pricing and Business pages. Subscription access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security concerns, or violation of these terms.
Custom systems and consulting
Custom AI systems and consulting are scoped separately. A consultation or proposal does not guarantee a particular outcome, savings, compliance result, third-party approval, or completed implementation until scope, responsibilities, price, and other applicable terms are agreed.
No professional advice
BourgeoisAI may help research, explain, summarize, organize, draft, or automate work, but it does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, safety, or emergency professionals or official agencies.
Availability and third-party services
BourgeoisAI depends in part on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, communication services, websites, and other systems. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider limits, external site changes, security measures, or other operational conditions.
Limitations
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BourgeoisAI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
