This policy applies to BourgeoisAI, including the unified AI workspace, Business tenant experiences, public branded AI pages, account and support functions, and custom AI systems and consulting.

Information we may collect

• Contact and account details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, organization, and messages.
• Conversations, project instructions, memories, documents, images, media, resumes, career criteria, and other content you choose to submit or save.
• Business tenant branding, approved business knowledge, configuration, and public-page activity.
• Usage, device, browser, security, access, analytics, and service-performance information, including page paths, interaction events, referral and campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, anonymous/session identifiers, and a one-way hash derived from network information for security and attribution.
• Payment and subscription status supplied by payment processors. BourgeoisAI does not need to store full payment-card details to provide plan access.

Analytics and attribution

BourgeoisAI uses its own database event ledger together with services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Insights to understand site traffic, advertising attribution, product usage, reliability, and conversion. Product analytics are designed to record event metadata rather than the text of your prompts, uploaded file names, passwords, authentication tokens, or form-field contents. Advertising and analytics providers may process their own identifiers under their applicable policies.

How we use information

• To provide AI conversations, research, file and media tools, saved work, projects, voice, supported browser actions, and other requested product functions.
• To maintain authentication, billing entitlements, tenant configuration, account security, support, and service reliability.
• To provide Business tenant experiences while keeping user-specific information scoped to the appropriate user and tenant.
• To respond to consulting, support, outreach, or other requests you initiate.
• To measure and improve product performance, safety, usability, advertising effectiveness, conversion, and abuse prevention.

AI processing and service providers

Content may be processed by BourgeoisAI systems and service providers that support hosting, databases, AI processing, search, media generation, communications, payments, analytics, security, and related operations. The provider used for a task may depend on the requested capability and service configuration.

Business tenants and user privacy

Tenant-level information can include branding, shared business instructions, and approved business knowledge. Personal conversation history, personal memory, resumes, career criteria, personal files, and user-specific outreach information are intended to remain scoped to the signed-in user unless a feature explicitly supports sharing.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers as needed to operate requested functions, measure product and advertising performance, comply with law, protect users and the service, investigate abuse, or complete a requested transaction.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide requested features, maintain account and transaction records, support security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, or operate the service. Users may have controls to delete certain conversations, memories, documents, or other stored content.

Your choices

You may contact BourgeoisAI about access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable, and you may opt out of non-essential communications. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

Professional and sensitive information

BourgeoisAI can help explain, organize, draft, research, and automate work, but AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, safety, or emergency professionals.
